One of the most important things Dana and I want to provide little Jack Jack is a sense of a healthy lifestyle. It's a real issue that he may or may not have to face which very much helps aid me in my motivation to keep running. When WCIA (the local CBS station for the out of towner's) caught wind of my story, they contacted me to be part of their Face of the Race series which precedes this years Illinois Marathon, my next Half Marathon in April.
